These Terms & Conditions outline the working relationship, usage rights, and policies for all design and illustration services.

1. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. The remaining 50% must be settled upon project completion, before final files are delivered.
All payments must be made via the bank account provided.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event the client cancels the project, only 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the project is cancelled or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances on our side (e.g. illness, natural disasters, or emergencies), a partial refund of up to 40% may be issued, based on the amount of work completed.

If a project is terminated after work has commenced, fees will be charged proportionally based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Revisions

The client is entitled to:

One (1) major revision
Up to three (3) minor revisions

Additional revisions will be subject to extra charges depending on complexity.

4. Timeline & Client Responsibility

Project timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, and material submission from the client.
Delays in response may result in adjustments to the delivery schedule.

5. Usage Rights & Ownership

Upon full payment, the client obtains exclusive usage rights of the final artwork for the agreed project scope.
The designer/illustrator retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

All designs are for agreed purposes only. Any additional usage (including resale, transfer to third parties, or extended commercial use beyond the scope) must be discussed and may require additional licensing.

6. File Delivery

Final files will be delivered in standard formats (e.g. JPG, PNG, PDF, AI) unless otherwise requested.
Editable or source files (e.g. PSD, AI) are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

7. Rush Projects

Urgent requests or projects with tight deadlines may incur a rush fee depending on urgency and workload.
However, smaller tasks or reasonable timelines may not incur additional charges and will be assessed case by case.

8. Limitation of Liability

The designer shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the final artwork.

9. Credit

Where applicable, credit to the designer/illustrator is appreciated when the work is published or displayed publicly.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By proceeding with the project and making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
